When you submit a team registration request through FilaSport Co, you are reserving a potential slot in a competitive circuit. These requests are subject to review by the official tournament organizers to ensure roster eligibility and compliance with division rules.
Cancellation
Cancellation of registration requests must be submitted 48 hours prior to the bracket lock. If your team can no longer participate, prompt cancellation is required to allow waitlisted teams the opportunity to enter the arena.
No Payment Through Site
FilaSport Co operates solely as a directory and registration facilitator. We do not process direct tournament buy-ins, entry fees, or process financial refunds on our platform. Any required entry fees are handled directly by the verified tournament organizers.
Provider Policies
Once a registration request is accepted by a tournament organizer, you are subject to that specific organizer's rules and cancellation policies. We strongly encourage players to review the official rules of each circuit, such as the Toronto CS2 Masters Qualifier, before committing their roster.

If you need assistance cancelling a request submitted in error, our support team is available to help route your cancellation to the appropriate tournament administrators, provided it is within the 48-hour pre-bracket window.
